Susan Bivans, 49, of Henderson, NV died Dec. 15, 2004. She was a registered nurse. She is survived by her husband, Stuart; daughter, Sarah; and mother, Margaret Lamb, both of Henderson. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 20, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road.

Susan was my best friend at Terry Parker. She was kind, thoughtful and told great jokes. Even though we were only friends for a short time, I feel a deep sense of loss.
